This place suits me perfectly with its fantastic pool, 24-hour reception, and great restaurant. The staff impressed me during my first stay by helping with shopping tips. Highly recommend visiting during xmas!

The first two nights we faced unbearable noise from the stage. We were also disturbed by furniture moving above us and breakfast chaos right outside our door. This was frustrating as our family struggled to find peace during our stay.

The Plazamar was a nice spot for my family getaway. The kids absolutely loved the kids' club run by a wonderful lady named Alison. She connected so well with them, making their time there enjoyable. The entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively, especially during the mini disco. Our premium studio had ample space and a lovely balcony view. while the room was spacious, it fell short on cleanliness standards. We found dust in several spots. The dining area could get chaotic, especially at meal times, due to the sheer volume of guests. It often felt cramped, making it hard to find a clean table or navigate around to serve ourselves. Even though the food options were quite good, it would have been helpful if they had catered more to vegetarian diets. after a busy day, we wished the evening entertainment was more engaging than it turned out to be. Despite these issues, the staff maintained a positive spirit, doing their best to make the stay pleasant.

Our stay was delightful! The room was spacious with daily cleaning, ensuring comfort and fresh towels. The entertainment team truly stands out, engaging my kids with fun activities every day. The food was excellent with plenty of options. Not to mention, the drinks were self-service, beer on tap was a lovely touch!

Ooh, what a result! The kids loved the evening entertainment, especially the entertainer who kept ‘em giggling. The food was dead tasty too, loads to choose from, not just the usual. Though, the bathroom could do with a bit of sprucing up, I tell ya.

I almost gave a glowing review, but the absolute lack of vegan options and uncharming breakfast situation ruined it. Early morning chaos outside the room was delightful, truly. Not to mention, the rudeness of some staff made me feel like I was intruding. A simple room upgrade woudl ve been a nice gesture, but alas, I was just another guest.

The pool area was a delightful oasis, with palm trees swaying and sun loungers aplenty. The vibrant decorations around the resort created a cheerful atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls or a relaxing afternoon.

during my recent stay, I appreciated how close this place is to the beautiful Cala de Santa Ponca beach, just about 1.5 km away, and the charming Molino de Santa Ponsa, a lovely stroll of around 900 meters, making it perfect for walking and enjoying the local scenery.

Can recommend for a city break

Spacious room, excellent location, with quick access to public transport making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
